The latest boiler installation was excellent and the fact that you were here the next day and worked through the weekend to restore heat to the building shows the dedication you have towards your customers. I would like to take this opportunity to describe my experiences with Ralph & Stephen Quattrucci with Mass Heating Inc. In my opinion, Ralph & Stephen are exactly what you would hope for in a mechanical contractor. They are always prompt in returning your calls and scheduling your work. Whether you need a maintenance checkup, repair service, or a new system, you can rest assured that the crew Mass Heating will treat you right. I would like to say thank you to Ralph & Stephen for helping us with a major problem that four reputable contractors could not resolve! Steve stayed with this issue until it was resolved. You can't make a mistake having them as your A/C & Heating solution.

Dana Hall is a private Girls school in Wellesley Ma. We have 476 students and a Faculty and staff of roughly 200 people. We have to be dependable in every aspect in order for this operation to run smoothly.

Last year we took on the task of hiring a contractor to install a new heating system without interrupting the everyday activities of Dana Hall, Mass heating was our choice because of their past performance in handling repairs and maintenance issues. Ralph and Steve engineered the 27,000 square foot building requirements and told us we would save at least 30% of our fuel costs. We actually saved 44%. The change over was absolutely flawless. We had zero complaints and no interruption of our functions. Their time schedule was exactly as they had promised and worked around all our schedules.

We had no additions in costs and no extras in material needs. All, the Mass Heating employees and subcontractors were neat in appearance and cooperative in parking their vehicles in designated parking areas. The site was kept clean of all debris, they never had to be reminded of these requirements. Phase two required the actual shutdown of the Dining center which we incorporated into our Holiday vacation. They were in here to not only make their deadline but insure the people installing the new dishwasher had hot water for their machine and no interruption in their schedule. Steve and Ralph were responsible for installing two 400,000 BTU units for the domestic water in the kitchen area, Again everything went as planned without additional cost.

While they were working on the kitchen project we had a boiler failure in the Classroom building. We hired an engineer for this project because of the problems we had in the past with this boiler set up. Basically we have two 2million BTU units that have been giving us problems for twelve years off and on. They heat 99,000 square feet of classroom and Library space. Mass Heating bid on this project, have been awarded it and plan to start in June.

Mass Heating is a first class operation with a conscience. They prove themselves with their knowledge of the products they use and old fashioned know how.

Mass Heating is our HVAC (AC & Heating) Vendor for a condominium community. They provide service to the Resident Center & Offices and to some of our unit owners. Finding a vendor/contractor with integrity and one willing to go the extra mile is rare today. I know Mass Heating stepped in to service a few unit owner's AC systems during the extreme summer heat. They previously hired another HVAC company to install new AC units that never worked. This company had them pre-pay, then never returned their calls when the new AC units didn't work. Mass Heating helped these Unit Owners when they needed it the most. For their compassion & excellent service, I feel they deserve this recognition. Keep up the GOOD WORK, Steve, Justine & Peter !!
